Rosenblatt is Co-Founder at Satellite Asset Management LP.
Prior to co-founding Satellite in 1999, Mr. Rosenblatt was a managing director and head of the Arbitrage, High Yield and Distressed Securities Department at Soros Fund Management LLC.
Prior to joining Soros, he was a general partner at Plaza Securities Company.
He has also served as a senior vice president in the Risk Arbitrage Department at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Rosenblatt holds an A.B.
from Harvard University, an M.A.
from the University at Oxford, which he attended as a Rhodes Scholar, and a J.D.
from Harvard Law School.
