Mr. Cheng joined Avista Capital Partners in September 2011.
Previously, he worked as a Tax Auditor in the NYC Department of Finance where his primary responsibilities included the audit and assessment of tax liabilities of unincorporated businesses.
Prior to working at the NYC Department , Mr. Cheng served four years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
