She was an Assistant Vice President and Equity Analyst at Firstar Bank and an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.
Dr. Lytle earned a PhD in Finance from University of Kansas Gradate school of Business in 1992.
She received an MA in Economics and Mathematics in 1987.
She attended the Harvard University Kennedy School of government from 1982 to 1983.
