Laurent M. Bouley

Prior to joining AnaCap, Laurent Bouley worked as a M&A associate for Grisons Peak, a specialist financial services corporate advisory firm.
During his time, he advised on a number of insurance, asset management and banking transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side, in the UK, Continental Europe and China.
Previously he ran an advisory practice in China, providing strategic and financial advisory to Chinese and foreign firms.
Prior to this, he had a military career serving in Infantry fighting units of the French Army and the Eurocorps, a European Union and Atlantic Alliance military force.
He was awarded the French Armed Forces Chief of Staff Commendation for a NATO mission in Bosnia in 1996.
Mr. Bouley holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
Laurent also speaks German, French, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
