Lauren Seaver

Lauren Seaver has been active in private equity fundraising since 1997.
Lauren specialises in raising private equity capital in the U.K., France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Geneva, Spain and Italy.
Lauren began her banking career at the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York in 1986 where she completed Chase’s year long credit training program.
Subsequently, she joined the Credit Audit Division where she travelled globally for two years to analyse the credit quality of Chase’s loan portfolios in local offices.
This was followed by a four and a half years in Chase’s Loan Syndications group where she was responsible for structuring and distributing senior and subordinated credit facilities for corporate clients.
Lauren moved to Warsaw, Poland in 1994 to work for the Barents Group, the emerging markets consulting team of KPMG.
She then worked for Banque Nationale de Paris in London in the Emerging Markets Group focusing on advisory transactions and private equity.
Lauren joined Lanna McCarthy in the Private Equity Finance Group of Bankers Trust (subsequently Deutsche Bank) in mid-1998 to develop the institutional distribution network of private equity funds in Europe.
Lauren has worked on fundraising for 25 private equity funds totalling $9.3 billion in capital.
Lauren holds a Bachelors of Science from Villanova University and is fluent in French.
