van Kuller, CFA MBA, is a Vice President & Portfolio Manager at Sit Investment Associates, Inc. He joined Sit Investment Associates in May 2018.

He has earned industry recognition for his work in the municipal bond field and has spoken and published extensively on housing bonds.
