Profile
As Vice President, Services, Kim Slater is responsible for managing all of the various aspects of the customer relationship including Professional Services, Training, Account Management and Customer Support.
Kim was most recently Director, Professional Services and has assumed increasingly responsible positions in PSG since joining InSystems in 1998.
He has been responsible for directing InSystems' largest co-development projects with some of the insurance industry's largest companies, including the Calligo Beta Program and the XRM for Group initiative.
Prior to joining InSystems, Kim worked for Cantoc Business Systems.
At Cantoc he held the position of Senior Account Manager, responsible for Cantoc's largest multi-billion dollar customers in the warehousing, distribution and logistics business.
Prior to joining Cantoc in 1993, he was Manager, Business Customer Relationship Management Systems with the Royal Bank of Canada.
He earned a B.Sc.
in Computer Science from York University.
