Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Kraska was a Senior Vice President with Prudential Capital Group, a leading private placement investor in middle-market transactions.
He worked 15 years at PCG as a seasoned principal investor in mezzanine, high yield senior debt and private equity including several one-stop financings for middle market buyouts or recapitalizations.
He was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring and managing the investments.
Prior to Prudential Capital Group, Mr. Kraska was a buy-side real estate equity investor with Prudential Real Estate Investors from 1986 to 1990.

from Boston College and an M.B.A.
from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
