Prior to forming Nite Capital Mr. Wruk was a private equity investor and entrepreneur.
In 1994 he co-founded marketing services company YesMail.
The company went public in 1999 and was subsequently sold in 2000 for $550 million.
Since that time, Mr. Wruk has actively managed his personal portfolio, investing in Chicago-area technology companies and has served on several boards of directors.
Mr. Wruk began his career as a software engineer.
He holds a BS and MBA from Northern Illinois University.
