Corilius (Poland) Sp zoo (CP) is a private equity investment firm based in Warsaw, Poland. CP is a subsidiary of SGAM Alternative Investments (Poland) TFI SA. The ultimate parent firm is the leading French financial institution Société Générale (XP: GLE). CP became part of Société Générale in 2005 when the group expanded their activities in Central and Eastern Europe. Société Générale has been present in Poland since 1976, when it opened a representative office in Warsaw.
