Julie Freeman

Julie Freeman oversees recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new employees for the portfolio.
She is also responsible for creating, coordinating and the administration of benefit packages, benefit coordination and administration and all provider negotiations.
Additionally, she supervises payroll, time management system and is responsible for the human resources area of due diligence when evaluating potential investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Martin Ventures in 2009, Mrs. Freeman was Director of Culture at E+ Cancercare where she tasked with definition and implementation of the company culture throughout the organization.
Previously, she served as their Director of Human Resources and Recruiting.
Before her time at E+, Mrs. Freeman was a Manager at Executive Travel and Parking for eleven years where she called on business accounts and coordinated travel for corporate and entertainment clients.
Mrs. Freeman studied nursing at Southern College in Chattanooga and business administration at Volunteer State Community College.
