Josh K. Overbay

Prior to joining PRP, Mr. Overbay worked for the U.S.
Chamber of Commerce, where he managed the Chamber’s corporate relationships within the private equity, hedge fund and investment banking industries.
In addition to managing corporate relations, he was also responsible for fundraising activities within the financial services sector, and served as a member of the team that launched the Chamber’s Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness.
Previously, Mr. Overbay worked in the marketing and business development division of a research and strategy consulting firm, and completed an internship for a global media company in Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Overbay holds an M.A.
from The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management and a B.A.
from Roanoke College, with a major in international relations.
He is a member of Urban Land Institute and PREA.
