Mr. Richardson joined Lincluden in April 1999 as a member of the equity team, becoming a Director of the firm in 2000.
He joined Lincluden following a 12 year career at Sun Life where he had progressed to the position of Director of Investments, Common Stocks.
Prior to that he obtained credit experience at the Toronto Dominion Bank, which was Mr. Richardson's first foray in to the financial services industry after two years of engineering work at Ontario Hydro.
While there, he completed his MBA with a concentration in marketing and policy.
