John R. Kuehne

Mr. John R.
Kuehne, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director at Seabury Group LLC and Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director at Seabury Securities LLC.
He joined Seabury group in 2008.
He has extensive expertise in understanding corporate labor cost and business structures.
Mr. Kuehne has several years of experience in finance and accounting working with companies in the transportation, communications, manufacturing and gaming sectors.
Before joining Seabury, he was Executive Vice President and COO of Organizational Concepts International (OCI), a human resources and management consulting firm that was acquired and brought into the Seabury Group in 2008.
At OCI, he developed the Workforce Analytics practice which addressed a range of labor relations expertise.
Prior to joining OCI in 1998, Mr. Kuehne was President of Cargill Communications, Inc., where he took over a start-up company and developed and executed a strategic growth and acquisition plan.
After acquiring and developing several key assets, he sold them to his largest competitor, a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company.
His previous experience includes positions as Executive Vice President, Operations and CFO of SpaceCom, Inc., Assistant Vice President, Communications Industries Division at US Bank and Manager of Corporate Finance at Midwest Communications.
He began his career as Supervising Senior Accountant-Audit at KPMG Peat Marwick with a focus on manufacturing, mortgage banking, and the financial services industries.
Mr. Kuehne is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, he holds a B.S.
