Prior to joining RS Investments in 2004, Mr. Sanders was the director of compliance and the co-COO for Husic Capital Management in San Francisco.
Prior to that, he was the Equity Compliance Director at Fleet Robertson Stephens.
Mr. Sanders began his career in the securities industry with Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New York.
In 1976, he moved to San Francisco and joined Robertson, Colman, Siebel and Weisel which became Robertson Stephens in 1983 as the Director of Compliance and Operations.
He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of the RS Investment Trust, reporting directly to the Fund's Board of trustees.
