Jim Duszinsky

Mr. Jim Duszinsky is Senior Vice President at Greenfield Partners LLC.
Mr. Duszinsky years of hands On land development experience.
Prior to joining Greenfield Partners in 2007, he was CEO of Greenvest, one of the largest private development firms in the DC market.
Before Greenvest, he worked as Senior Project Manager for Chevy Chase Savings Bank, he managed projects the bank had taken over through deed-in-lieu transactions.
Over his career, he has managed the acquisition, entitlement and development of over 10,000 residential lots in multiple jurisdictions with a total value in excess of $ 500 million.
