Mr. Jarrell served as Chief Financial Officer of the Woodson Companies, an oil field construction company, from 1977 to 1990 and from August 1971 to April 1977, as a Secretary and Controller for Offshore Logistics, a Nasdaq- traded marine and aviation oil and gas service company.
Mr. Jarrell has been a Director of ALCiS Health, Inc. since inception February 1993 and Starship Dining since 1999.
he serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Gamma Pharmaceuticals Inc. He served as a Director of Compressco Inc. from October 1999 to July 2004 and as a Non-executive Director of Independent Energy Holdings PLC from May 1998 to September 2000.
He also served as a Director of Gamma Pharmaceuticals.
From 1966 to 1971, he was a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen and Company.

degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
