Prior to coming to Riverbridge in 2005, Mr. Higgins spent four years working in the media industry.
He graduated cum laude from Duke University as a history major with a minor in business markets and management.
He holds a Certified Financial Planner certification and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and of the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota.
Mr. Higgins is a member of the investment committee for the Jeremiah Program.
He is also a member of the Metropolitan Breakfast Club and served as the club's president in 2009.
He has been involved with the Children's Cancer Research Fund his entire life.
He enjoys participating in and watching just about all sports - including fishing and golfing.
He also coaches 8th grade football in Edina.
