Jason Chen is Senior Director-Process Research and Development of Wuxi Pharmatech (Cayman), Inc. Previously, he served as Manager and later as Principal Product Quality Leader for Amgen, Inc. from 2005 to 2007.
From 1999 to 2004, Dr. Chen worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company as Scienitst II and later as Senior Scientist I on a number of Process R&D and GMP manufacturing projects.
From 1997 to 1999, he worked for AlliedSignal, Inc. as Staff Scientist focusing on process development of Pharmaceuticals and Agrochemicals.
Dr. Chen received a BS degree in Chemistry from Fudan University in 1987 and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Washington University in 1995.
He served as NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at Caltech from 1995 to 1997.
