Mr. Jan-Henrik Kuhlmann, Investment Manager, Southeast Asia and Global Cleantech & Environmental Impact
Jan-Henrik Kuhlmann joined SIFEM in 2009 and is responsible for private equity fund investments in Southeast Asia, as well as in cleantech globally.
Prior to joining SIFEM he gained direct investment experience in the cleantech venture capital space as Senior Investment Manager for Gimv N.V./Emerald Technology Ventures AG.
He holds an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hanover and a MBA from HEC Paris.
Prior joining GIMV, Jan-Henrik Kuhlmann worked for over 10 years with ABB / ALSTOM in the global power generation and power service industry.
After his 2-year international ABB management trainee program (Switzerland, Sweden, USA), he held positions in R&D, engineering for various power technologies and technical project management.
In addition, he held positions in sales, line management in sales & offering, as well as product management & marketing for new power plants.
