Products include dry pasta, semolina, durum wheat and mill feed by-products. Company owns the following trademarks that have been registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the sale of dry pasta: Pasta Growers, Pasta Sanita, Zia Briosa and Dakota Growers Pasta Co. Company converted from Co-operative to Corporation through a triangular merger with Dakota Growers Pasta Restructuring Cooperative and Dakota Growers Corporation. The customers of the Group include retailers, food processors, restaurants, hotels, colleges, universities, schools, airlines, in-office cafeteria facilities and transportation services.
