J. Wayne Seelbach

Wayne Seelbach has been Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety for Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. since 2006.
From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Seelbach was Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety for Cal Dive International, Inc. He is a Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner.
Mr. Seelbach has over 30 years of international environment, health and safety management experience with Allseas, Brown & Root, ETPM, ExxonMobil Development Company, Fluor Ocean Services and Transco Exploration.
He received a BS degree from Stephen F.
Austin State University and an MS in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Colorado State University.
