Mr. Dunn brings wealth of international business experience to Paramax.
After his undergraduate degree and US Army military duty, he began his career in retailing with the W.T.
Grant Company, holding many positions.
In 1978 he joined the Carborundum Company in the international market sector.
He has managed and participated in numerous acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture and partnership projects in over 25 countries worldwide.
Mr. Dunn eventually became Executive Vice President of the Carborundum Company worldwide.
In 1996 he formed an investment company, Dunn Group LLC.
Later that year, he founded Linbras LTD., an irrigation business in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
In 1998, he divested the company and later that year, he, along with two partners, acquired Dinaire Furniture.
He became President & CEO, a position he held until June 2005 when the business was divested.
Mr. Dunn holds a Bachelor of Arts.
He also holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and a Masters of Arts in International Trade.
In 1991 he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate.
He also attended the Advanced Management Program in Fontainebleau, France.
