Forager Funds Management Pty Ltd. (Forager Funds) is an independent asset management firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia. The firm was founded by Greg Hoffman and Steve Johnson in 2009 as Intelligent Investor Funds Pty Ltd. and renamed to Forager in July 2014. Forager Funds manages two shares funds – an Australian Shares Fund and an International Shares Fund. Both funds have concentrated portfolios and aim to be invested in the long term. The Australian Fund is structured as a Listed Investment Trust (LIT) and trades on the ASX. The International Fund is a managed unit trust and is open to new applications.

Watermark Funds Management Pty Ltd. (WFM) is an independent hedge fund management firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Formerly known as Braitling Investments Pty Ltd., the firm was founded as KWB Capital Pty Ltd. in 2003 by Justin Braitling, Geoff Wilson and Matthew Kidman. They became wholly-owned by Justin Braitling who subsequently renamed the firm. WFM provides investment management services to private pooled investment vehicles that are offered to investors on a private placement basis, Australian investment vehicles, including listed investment companies and separately managed accounts.
