Theorema Advisors UK LLP (Theorema) is a Great Britain-based alternative asset management firm headquartered in London. The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Theorema Holdings Ltd. in Malta. The firm was founded by Emanuele Antonaci and Giovanni Govi in 2000. They were formerly known as Theorema Asset Management Ltd. and changed their name to Theorema Advisors UK LLP in 2011. Theorema provides fund management services for professional and sophisticated investors. The firm manages the Plurima Theorema European Equity Long-Short Fund on behalf of Theorema Advisors Ltd.
