Mr. Kott joined Aegis Capital Corp.
in 1999 and served as the Manager of the Operations and Trading Departments until 2007.
From 2007 through 2009, he garnered extensive experience in Branch Management, Compliance & AML.
He returned to Aegis Capital during 2009 to fill the role of Chief Operating Officer.
He brings a strong operational background coupled with a deep knowledge of technology.
He has assisted Aegis Capital in managing a dual clearing relationship with Penson and JP Morgan.
Mr. Kott received his degree from Hofstra University and currently maintains the Series 7, 63, 24, 55, and 79 licenses.
