Gautier Laurent

Gautier is a Managing Director and Head of the Luxembourg office, responsible for the execution of Cinven Luxembourg investments together with regulatory and tax compliance of Cinven activity in Luxembourg.
Prior to joining Cinven, Gautier was an M&A Advisor at NPG Wealth Management where he was responsible for the origination, negotiation and implementation of cross border mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies in life insurance sector.
Previously he worked at Deloitte Luxembourg as a M&A Tax Advisor.
Gautier has a Postgraduate diploma in European taxation from IC HEC Brussels and an MA in Tax Law from the University of Burgundy, France.
He joined Cinven in 2014.
