Frank Reeves

Mr. Frank Reeves is President & Chief Executive Officer of Expresiv Technologies, Inc. He has more than 16 years executive and financial services experience.
He joined Expresiv in April, 2002, and is responsible for Expresiv's financial responsibilities and operations.
Prior to joining Expresiv, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of publicly-held Luminex Corporation, a leading developer of biological testing technologies for the life sciences industry.
Prior to Luminex, he served for more than seven years as a Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where he was responsible for a variety of transactions in the technology sector, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and strategy consulting.
He holds a B.S.
in Marketing and Accounting and an M.S.
in Taxation from the University of Baltimore.
