Francisco Neves Filho

Mr. Francisco Neves Filho is a Partner at Giant Steps Capital Investimentos Ltda.
He has a vast experience in the electronic and information technology services.
Between 1977 and 1988 he worked at Embratel holding several position in Engineering and Information Technology, development and production of corporate systems.
In 1988 Mr. Neves Filho joined Telebras to develop projects in the areas of planning and coordination services and rate prices.
At the Minstry of Communication from 1993 to late 1994 he coordinated the development of several standards regulations, including the model of "Calling Party Pays" at the SMC, and participated in missions to international organizations.
In 1995 he joined the Group Vicunha, where he served as business developer guiding the investment strategy in Telecommunications, based on synergy with other projects.
He actively participated in the training of new operators, in association with national and international groups, such as Maxitel (SMC), Light Telecom and Vesper (STFC).
He moved to Vesper, where he participated in its implementation and management until May, 2001 negotiated various contracts required for their operational activities.Operates, at present, through the Advisory and Neves Consultoria providing business consulting in the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Neves Filho holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (1976), and later, in Law from United Metropolitan Colleges of São Paulo (1997).
