Ms. Malyszko also completed the prestigious Program for the Executive Development for senior management at the IMD Institute in Lausanne and the organization management program at the Wallenberg Institute in Sweden.
She is a member of the EFPA Polska Foundation Council acting for financial advisory standards and an EFPA Polska Representative in the Standards and Qualifications Committee EFPA which actively promotes long-term saving and modern pension solutions.
In addition to her work, she is involved in financial education.
