Mr. Etienne Couelle started his career in 1988 with KPMG Peat Marwick Consultants France which he left in 1995 as Manager within the 'Service, Strategy and Performance Management Group'.
Before joining 3i, Mr. Couelle spent ten years with family-owned François-Charles Oberthur Group heading various business units and divisions both in North America and France.
Most recently he was Managing Director of FCO's subsidiary Axytrans, the world leader for cash-in-transit technology solutions, as well as a member of the group's executive committee.
Throughout his tenure with Group Oberthur, he has developed expertise in the industrial and technology sectors, as well as in the management of North-American and global operations.
Mr. Couelle is a graduate of Ecole Centrale and ESIEA schools.
