Ellen serves as a member of THL’s DEI Leadership Committee and is a key and valued advisor to the THL team driving individual and team performance.
Before joining THL, Ellen held multiple leadership positions in Human Capital at Charlesbank, ghSMART and Highfields Capital Management always with a focus on coaching and development.
In her spare time, she enjoys pickleball, running and spending time with her three kids and husband.
