Earl Pontius is Senior Vice President and President of Technical Resources Sector for The Titan Corporation.
In this capacity Mr. Pontius is responsible for the management and financial performance of the sector, which is the primary Titan organization responsible for Air Force, Army, FAA, and Homeland Security business.
The Technical Resources Sector’s focus is on technical support to the acquisition, fielding and operational support of command and control, communications, intelligence, and surveillance systems.
Mr. Pontius joined Titan through the acquisition of Horizons Technology Inc. in June 1998 where he served as Company President.
Under Titan his responsibilities were rapidly increased to include the management and integration of Validity Corp., System Resources Corp., SenCom Corp.
and major segments of BTG Inc. as these companies were acquired.
Mr. Pontius is a graduate of Indiana University (BA), Harvard Business School (MBA) and Northwestern University's Senior Executive Program.
