Dusan Miletich

Dusan Miletich is a founder and Managing Principal of Arenda Capital Management, where he is primarily responsible for the operations of the company and for asset management of investments.
Besides the executive and operational responsibilities of a Managing Principal, Dusan has been involved in almost every aspect of Arenda’s growth as a company and has participated in over $1 billion of real estate transactions.
Dusan has previously served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Southern California and currently is a member of the Lusk Center for Real Estate.
He holds three graduate degrees from the University of Southern California: Master of Business Administration, Master of Real Estate Development, and Master of Construction Management.
Dusan earned his Bachelor of Arts in American Literature and Culture from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was also an offensive guard for the Bruin football team.
Dusan has served on several corporate boards, is a board member of the Lusk Center for Real Estate, and is a member of the Young President Organization (YPO).
