He is co-manager of the Dividend Growth Strategy which focuses on equity securities with consistent earnings growth profile that have the potential to increase dividends in an effort to provide an attractive total return comprised of both dividends and long-term capital appreciation.
Mr. Scandrett is responsible for coordinating, directing, and implementing the firm's qualitative/quantitative equity research strategy.
He is also a member of the firm's Investment Committee and its equity selection team.
Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Scandrett worked for 13 years as a Financial Controller for Alcoa.
Mr. Scandrett is originally from Georgia and graduated from West Georgia University with a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting.
He has earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.
