Mr. Cooke worked with Unitel Communications as a Senior Manager and with the Canadian Armed Forces as a Senior Officer in Communications and Electronics Engineering.
Prior to March 2000, Mr. Cooke spent five years with a mutual fund company where he co-managed their science and technology fund, U.S.
small cap fund and also participated as a team member in managing the e-business fund and global equity funds.
In March 2000, Mr. Cooke joined RBC Asset Management Inc., as a senior member of the U.S.
Equities team.
In January 2005, Mr. Cooke joined Scotia Cassels.
Mr. Cooke holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from York University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
