Mr. Dan Lee is a Director-Investor Relations & Business Development at Falconhead Capital LLC.
Prior to joining Falconhead in 2011, he spent time working at a boutique private equity placement agent where he was involved in all aspects of the capital raising process for middle market buyout, venture capital, distressed debt, and real asset fund managers.
He began his investment career in the M&A group at global FIG specialist Fox-Pitt, Kelton where he served in various financial advisory and capital raising roles.
Mr. Lee received his undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University.
