Craig Sultan, Investment Director at Redclays Capital, has over 25 years of experience in investment management and banking in private equity and public market transactions, as well as institutional sell-side research and engineering experience.
Craig has completed over 45 transactions and more than USD $1 billion in funding companies globally.
Craig completed transactions within the IT/software sectors in the 1990s, and over the past decade in the clean energy technology sector including: solar (thin film, ribbon, CPV, thermal, and nano-technologies), biofuels (first and second generation), advanced batteries, electric vehicles, electrical system integration, efficient lighting (LEDs and fiber-optic), power management (commercial buildings and the power grid), water technologies, coal to liquids, waste-to-energy, and green building systems.
Craig has worked with many corporate entities and direct investors in Asia, U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
Craig regularly works with senior management and advising Boards executing capital formation strategies (private equity, debt, and IPOs) or positioning for an acquisition take-out of portfolio assets.
At Redclays, Craig is actively conducting research on potential investment markets and specific company opportunities, analyzing new ventures as well as tracking current and future portfolio companies.
