Forkner is Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Coast National Bancorp and Pacific Coast National Bank.
He was President and Chief Executive Officer of California First National Bank, which he founded in 1999.
Mr. Forkner held various senior executive management positions at Security Pacific Corporation, The Bank of California, the Mitsubishi Bank of California, the Northern Trust Bank of California and California First National Bank.
He joined Security Pacific Corporation in 1965 and was Executive Vice President until 1986.
Mr. Forkner was Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Planning, Marketing and Acquisitions for the Bank of California and is Chief Executive Officer of the Mitsubishi Bank of California.
He was Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of The Bank of California until 1991, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Community Bank, Managing Director of the Northern Trust Bank of California until 1997 and President and Chief Executive Officer of California First National Bank.
Mr. Forkner is a Director of The Peter F.
Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.
He completed the Graduate School of Financial Management from the Stanford University Graduate School and received an undergraduate degree in Economic Theory from Claremont Men's College.
