Prior to joining Broadway Partners, Mr. Chao was an Analyst in the Real Estate division at The Bank of New York, where he worked on debt financing for corporate clients and REITs, covering all major property types.
Mr. Chao received his B.A.
in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and is currently pursuing an M.S.
in Real Estate Finance at New York University.
