Before joining ECentury Capital in 2002, Mr. Fritz was an associate for two years with Banc of America Securities' Technology Investment Banking group in Palo Alto, CA.
His corporate finance experience includes executing mergers & acquisitions, private placements and public debt and equity offerings for companies in the software, communications equipment and semiconductor industries.
He also spent five years as a software engineer with Price Waterhouse, where he focused on the design, development and implementation of enterprise software applications.
He was a summer associate with the Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. At ECentury Capital, Chris focuses on investments in early stage software and network infrastructure companies.
Mr. Fritz received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS with University Honors from Carnegie Mellon University, where he studied computer science.
He serves on the Board of Revonet, Inc.
