Charnez Jacobs

Charnez is an Investment Manager at CapitalT He is also fellow on Included VC, a fellowship whose mission is to change the face of the VC industry, dramatically increasing diversity and maximising fund success by transforming networks, staff, deal flow and investments.
Charnez started his career as a Chartered Accountant in Cape Town, South Africa.
He worked in the Investment Management and Private Equity industry at Investec Asset Management, now known as 91, before moving to The Netherlands to work at AlpInvest Partners (The Carlyle Group).
He then followed his passion for tech and took up a role at Seedrs, the largest equity crowdfunding platform in Europe, where he was responsible for sourcing deals across Benelux and Southern Europe.
His passion for finding fantastic founders is driven by his belief that visionary founders and their teams using innovative tech can significantly contribute to the way the world develops as a whole.
