Ms. Allen joined Creation Investments in 2009 and brings substantial valuation and transaction expertise.
Most recently, she was a member of the investment banking group at William Blair & Company, working on both public and private equity deals, including mergers and acquisitions and equity offerings across a broad range of industries.
Prior to that, she worked in the investment and trading group at an institutional money management firm.
She has served on the board of not-for-profit organizations, participated in global service trips, and written articles on service topics.
Ms. Allen received her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and her BS with Distinction from the University of Virginia, where she majored in Business.
