Mr. Carlos Alvarelli is Partner at Neo Gestão de Recursos Ltda.

Mr. Alvarelli began his career in 2004, in Santander Asset Management’s Market Risk department.
In the following year, he was transferred to the Credit Risk department, where he worked as a credit analyst for four years.
During this time, he was also responsible for the due diligence processes related to the approval of investment funds and Brokers.
In June 2008, while still at Santander, he was invited to become a Fund of Funds manager, serving the Private Banking segment.
He joined NEO Investimentos in September 2009.
Mr. Alvarelli graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica São Paulo (PUC).
