Brad Gries

Mr. Brad Gries is a Head of the Americas at LaSalle Investment Management Securities LLC and a Head-US Transactions at LaSalle Investment Management, Inc. He has overall responsibility for all personnel, operational and investment management activities across the region.
Mr. Gries is also the Co-Chief Investment Officer for LaSalle Americas and chairs the LaSalle Americas Investment Committee, which is responsible for formulating investment strategy for the firm.
He is an active participant in the firm’s capital raising efforts and is directly involved in the formation and execution of joint ventures and large portfolio transactions.
He is also a member of LaSalle’s Global Management Committee.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Mr. Gries held leadership positions over the course of a 16-year career with the real estate investment arm of DWS, most recently serving as Managing Director, Real Estate Transactions.
In this role, he led the acquisition team responsible for new investment initiatives in the Central and Southeastern United States, including investments in all property types and throughout the risk spectrum.
Before DWS, Mr. Gries held Analyst and Consultant positions at MB Real Estate and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Gries earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois.
