Blaine David O'Kelley

Mr. O'Kelley joined Prime Advisors in 2007 with several years experience in various positions within Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation, including serving as its Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.
His responsibilities at SNW included oversight of the compliance, administrative, finance and information technology groups as well as administration of the company Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
Mr. O'Kelley has held various licenses and registrations, including the Series 24 – General Securities Principal, Series 7 – General Securities Representative, Series 53 – Municipal Securities Principal, Series 52 – Municipal Securities Representative, Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, and Series 27 – Financial and Operations Principal.
Mr. O'Kelley graduated from Gonzaga University with a B.
A.
in Business Administration with a focus on Public Accounting.
