It was founded in 1970 through a merger of four local banks in Southern Jutland. Headquartered in Silkeborg, Jyske Bank-IM was founded in 1967 and manages a range of funds for institutions, pension funds, corporates and private individuals. Their flagship funds are the Jyske Invest and Jyske Invest International Funds.

Jyske Invest Fund Management A/S (Jyske Invest) is an independent Danish asset management firm which was established in 1988. Formerly known as Jyske Invest Administration A/S, the firm is based in Silkeborg and manages mutual funds, hedge funds and fund of funds for institutions, pension funds, corporates and private individuals. Jyske Invest works in cooperation with Jyske Bank A/S especially for advice concerning the overall portfolio breakdown of all funds and specific fund investments; however, the firm is responsible for making the final investment decisions. Their flagship funds are Jyske Invest and Jyske Invest International.
