Basel Hussein Roshdy

Basel has more than 16 years of professional experience in the Investment and Corporate Finance fields.
He joined IT Ventures in 1999 and participated in the launch and development of the company.
During his career he has worked on numerous investment cases including deals structuring, mergers and acquisitions transactions and new fund creations.
Prior to joining IT Ventures, Basel worked as a Senior Lending Officer handling long-term debt financing and syndicated loans as well as helping restructuring financially distressed companies under the privatization program.
Furthermore Basel was the Planning and Control manager of a largely-diversified Saudi investment group.
Basel has a Bachelor of Construction Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the American University in Cairo.
He also holds a doctoral degree in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from the American University of London.
