Prior to joining Cadent in 2008, Ms. Hogan was a Vice President in the Private Funds Group of JPMorgan Cazenove based in London, where she directed fund origination, sales and distribution for the USA, Asia and Germany.
Some of her respective fundraisings include Dunedin Buyout Fund I, Draper Fisher Jurvetson Growth Fund, Legal & General Ventures V, and Axcel III.
From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Hogan was an Associate in the Lehman Brothers Private Equity Fundraising Group, both in New York and in London, where she was a project manager focusing on the business, financial, market, tax, regulatory and legal due diligence of private equity funds.
She worked on all of the Lehman Brothers private equity funds raised during that period, including Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners L.P., Lehman Brothers European Mezzanine Partners 2003, and Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners III, L.P.
In addition, she was the project manager for the fundraising of ArcLight Energy Partners Fund I, L.P.
Ms. Hogan joined Lehman Brothers in 1999 as an Investment Banking Analyst where she spent a year in the Global Retail Group before specializing in private equity fundraising.
Ms. Hogan holds a B.S.
in Psychology from Cornell University where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Distinction in All Subjects.
