Dr. Ario Emami Nejad is a Portfolio Manager at FIL Investment Advisors (UK) Ltd.

He manages Fidelity’s global, USD, EUR and GBP investment grade bond portfolios.
At FIL Investment Advisors (UK), he completed rotations across the Quantitative Research, Credit Research and Trading team.
Upon completing the rotation program, he joined the Fixed Income Trading team, first as the Investment Grade Corporates trader and later as the Financials trader.
In 2017 he became an Assistant Portfolio Manager, working closely with portfolio managers Rick Patel, David Simner and Ian Fishwick, focusing on Investment Grade portfolios.
In October 2018 he was appointed as the Co-Portfolio Manager for these portfolios and is a key member of the Core Investment Grade strategy team.
He holds a PhD in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.
